Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Teskixio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Altair Leite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leite feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Leite looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Teskixio postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Leite looks a forlorn figure.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Teskixio seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Leite for as long as he can get away with.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Teskixio moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Leite has worked his arm free - good work by Leite!

Leite throws a sloppy head kick and Teskixio moves out of range easily.
Teskixio fails with an attempt to clinch.

Teskixio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Leite's waist but Leite gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Teskixio off to one side.
