Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Masahura Yakisoba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yohihiro Mishima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mishima has chosen Olympic Flame as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mishima keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Yakisoba throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yakisoba tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mishima swivels and escapes.
Yakisoba fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

so Mishima counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Mishima wants to control from the top but Yakisoba keeps moving.

Mishima seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Despite being in the dominant position, Yohihiro Mishima just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Yakisoba is looking for a sweep. Mishima is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Yakisoba is looking for a triangle but Mishima pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Mishima avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Yakisoba is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Yakisoba is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
