Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Henry Hollister!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jonathan Jacoby!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacoby circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hollister fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Hollister as Jacoby shoots in.
Hollister rushes Jacoby and presses him up against the cage.
Jacoby fails to pull guard.
Jacoby is trying to break the clinch but Hollister has him pressed against the cage.
Hollister breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jacoby will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Henry Hollister has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonathan Jacoby.
Hollister swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jacoby takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Hollister closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hollister lands in his opponent's guard.
Hollister postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Hollister works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Hollister keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Hollister wants to pass the guard but Jacoby is defending well.
Hollister moves nicely into side control.
Hollister trying to control the position but Jacoby is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hollister advances to mount.
Hollister avoids the attempt from Jacoby to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
BOOM! Hollister connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Hollister wants to finish this one by submission but Jacoby is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hollister.
Jacoby is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jacoby takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Jacoby is rocked!
Hollister looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Jacoby covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
