Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tokahuro Nagabushi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takito Pequito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tokahuro Nagabushi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Takito Pequito's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tokahuro Nagabushi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takito Pequito!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagabushi throws a right and a left that Pequito avoids nicely.
Pequito shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Nagabushi napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Nagabushi is not content to let Pequito control the position.
Pequito is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Pequito advances nicely into full mount.
Pequito takes Nagabushi's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Nagabushi is in trouble.

Nagabushi misses with a takedown attempt - Pequito sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Pequito wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nagabushi keeps working.

Pequito wants to take a breather but Nagabushi is having none of it.
Pequito passes to side control.

Pequito is working to tighten is grip on Nagabushi's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Nagabushi has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pequito is really squeezing tight and eventually Nagabushi passes out! Pequito breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
