The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
speed closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - speed lands in his opponent's guard.
speed stands and throws Sliva's legs to the side, diving into side control.
speed should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
speed is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sliva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

speed is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sliva knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
