Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hilario Rojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacek Piotrowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacek Piotrowski has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Hilario Rojo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hilario Rojo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacek Piotrowski!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojo throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Piotrowski.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Piotrowski is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Rojo lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Rojo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Piotrowski is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rojo to the mat. Rojo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rojo wants to sweep but no luck.

Piotrowski fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rojo avoids it really well and circles away.

Piotrowski closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Piotrowski takes a little break here. Rojo wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Rojo is looking to regain half guard here but Piotrowski keeps moving and retains side control.

That was a close round but I would say that Hilario Rojo will probably get the nod.
