Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siva shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Silva as he jumps to the side.
The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Siva fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Silva wants to clinch.
Silva gets a clinch.
Siva wants a takedown but no success here.
Ricardo Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Higor Siva.
Silva tries a knee to the head but Siva blocks it.
Silva looking to slow down the pace here.
Siva is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Silva lands an elbow just above Siva 's eye.

Silva pushes off an throws an elbow but Siva leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Siva is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Silva pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Siva has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Silva is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Siva tries for a takedown. No joy.
Silva throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Silva misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Siva.
Silva misses with a knee to the head.
Siva tries for a takedown but Silva manages to get underhooks.
Siva looks gassed!
Siva is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Silva gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Siva drops down looking for an ankle pick but Silva pulls his leg out and moves away.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Siva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silva wants to clinch.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Siva pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Siva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Silva circles away.
Siva takes a kick to the side of the head.
Siva fails to land the takedown.
Siva looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Siva looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Silva with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Siva passes to side control.
Silva takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Silva is rocked!
It looks like Ricardo Silva has been cut.
Siva in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Siva creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ricardo Silva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
