The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Upton loads up on a big right hand but Mubarak slips the punch.
Mubarak moves out of range as Upton strikes.
Mubarak uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Upton.
Upton misses with a hook. Mubarak ducked under it nicely.

Upton shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mubarak's guard.
Upton throws a big right hand that misses.
Upton trying to control but Mubarak is working from the bottom.
Upton passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Upton has an Americana. Mubarak didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Upton is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Upton hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
