The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan tries to clinch but Mariot moves out of range.

Ryan gets a takedown into half guard.

Mariot is pressing down on Ryan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Ryan stands up from Mariot's guard - Ryan perhaps looking for a knockout.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ryan.
Mariot closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ryan circles away.
