Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeri Umpilumpio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomaz Pettiburg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Umpilumpio shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pettiburg pinned against the cage. Pettiburg gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Umpilumpio had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Pettiburg is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Umpilumpio Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Pettiburg's back instead.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Pettiburg might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Umpilumpio kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Umpilumpio really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Despite being in the dominant position, Tomaz Pettiburg just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Jeri Umpilumpio will probably get the nod.
