Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Kiptanui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ty Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kiptanui comes to the cage accompanied by Suomi & Antero Mertaranta -collection . Ty Angle has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gabriel Kiptanui's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angle gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Kiptanui counter with a right hand.

Kiptanui has control of Angle's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Angle regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Gabriel Kiptanui.
Well Kiptanui has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
