Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Lytle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Holliday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lytle comes into the arena with Light's Out blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Holliday's choice of entrance music: BOOM!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lytle looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Lytle wants to work for an arm triangle but Holliday is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Holliday might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lytle kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Lytle is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Holliday is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
