Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yimi Yuskevich!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McFinnigan takes the fight into the clinch.
Yuskevich is trying to drag McFinnigan to the mat but McFinnigan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
McFinnigan stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Yuskevich wants a takedown.
McFinnigan leaning his opponent against the cage.
Yuskevich jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McFinnigan walks away with a smile on his face. Yuskevich gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Micky McFinnigan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yimi Yuskevich.
McFinnigan looks to land a combination but Yuskevich avoids it well.

Yuskevich misses with the body kick
and McFinnigan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Yuskevich has closed the distance and engaged McFinnigan in a clinch.
Yuskevich tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. McFinnigan smiles and moves away.
McFinnigan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Yuskevich. That did some damage!

That's one minute gone in the round.
McFinnigan catches Yuskevich with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Yuskevich is trying hard to land a takedown here. McFinnigan sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Yuskevich takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

It looks like Yimi Yuskevich has been cut.
McFinnigan throws a nice outside leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oooooh!!! McFinnigan has knocked Yuskevich down with a huge combo! McFinnigan steps away and waves a wobbly Yuskevich back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
McFinnigan scoring well with a low kick there.
Yuskevich has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Yuskevich there as he acknowledges the shot.

Yuskevich is rocked!

McFinnigan batters Yuskevich with a massive right followed by a huge left! Yuskevich is out on his feet looking like a zombie as McFinnigan lands a final crushing right hand to drop Yuskevich to the mat with a gruesome thud! McFinnigan is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
