Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Bacon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Conrad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bacon's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Scissors For Lefty - Softly The Sea Swallows The Sun. On his way into the cage it seems that Matt Bacon has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Matt Bacon seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Conrad!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Reed Andrews and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bacon tries to clinch but Conrad moves out of range.
Conrad tries to score with a low kick but Bacon moves his leg out of the way.
Conrad gets caught flat footed, as Bacon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bacon tries to free his leg and advance position but Conrad is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bacon slips nicely into half guard.
Bacon passes to side control.
Conrad really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bacon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bacon has an Americana. Conrad didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Bacon is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Bacon hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Matt Bacon!
