Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cpjan Hammarstroem!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson forces Hammarstroem back against the cage and clinches.

Hammarstroem shoots in and bounces Jackson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Cpjan Hammarstroem has got the better of the ground game so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hammarstroem throws and elbow that misses. Jackson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hammarstroem's guard. Nice move by Jackson!

Hammarstroem manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Jackson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Jackson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Hammarstroem pushes Jackson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jackson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Hammarstroem takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Jackson tries to stand but Hammarstroem is controlling his head.
Jackson trying to control the position but Hammarstroem is working away.

Hammarstroem is working to avoid the ground and pound but Jackson connects with a decent elbow.
Jackson looks up at the clock and then as Hammarstroem takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Jackson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Hammarstroem is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Jackson is keen to just control but Hammarstroem is a slippery customer.
Hammarstroem holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Hammarstroem wants to improve his position but Jackson is controlling well.
Jackson slips a nice elbow through Hammarstroem's hands, connecting with Hammarstroem's forehead.
Jackson wants to control but Hammarstroem is keeping him busy.
Jackson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Hammarstroem really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Jackson.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hammarstroem struggling to keep hold of the position.

Jackson really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Hammarstroem's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.

Jackson looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Hammarstroem.
Hammarstroem has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Jackson's body.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Hammarstroem's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Hammarstroem is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Jackson with him. Jackson is trying to defend but Hammarstroem has an arm under the chin now! Jackson grimaces and is forced to tap out!
