Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Herring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludovic Presle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Herring comes into the arena with I get knocked down, but I get up again! blaring out of the sound system. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herring shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Presle counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Herring misses with a takedown attempt
and Presle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Herring fails with the takedown
and Presle counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Herring. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Herring gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Presle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Herring takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Presle lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Presle misses with a jab to the body
and Herring counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Presle wriggles free and stands up.
Herring fails with the takedown
and Presle counters with a left and a right that stings Herring.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Herring misses with a takedown attempt
and Presle counters with a huge left! Herring is in big trouble! He's backing up but Presle isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Herring from any more damage. A dominating finish by Presle!
