Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adriana Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adriana Lima acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mark Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adriana Lima!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Lima does no damage.

and Lima counters with a shoot takedown. Brown fights it but they end up in guard.
Lima's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Brown working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lima doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lima manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Lima seems to be working for a kimura but Brown defends the submission attempt.

Brown is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lima pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Brown won't allow Lima to pass to mount.
Brown really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lima wants to take a breather but Brown is having none of it.
Lima is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Brown has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lima is working away from the top position though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lima tries to pass the half guard into mount. Brown knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Brown tries to roll over but Lima keeps him under control.
Lima looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Brown kicks off Lima and gets to his feet.
Lima fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Brown.
Lima doesn't manage to clinch there - Brown circles away.

Lima is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Brown's half guard.
Lima prevents Brown from standing back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown is breathing heavily.
Lima wants to free his trapped foot but Brown is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Lima wants to take his opponent's back but Brown doesn't allow it.

Lima has hold of Brown's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Brown manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lima cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Lima has control of Brown's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Brown regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Lima is looking to take a break and control but Brown is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lima is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Brown is just riding it out for now. Lima eventually gives up the hold.
Brown wants to get back to his feet.
Brown tries to get to full guard but Lima has control of the leg.

Brown is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lima's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lima's back!

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Lima stuffs the takedown attempt from Brown. Brown gets slowly back to his feet.
Brown keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Lima shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Brown's guard.
Brown is looking to stand up but Lima isn't so interested in that idea.
Lima wants to control from the top but Brown keeps moving.
Brown will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Lima drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lima jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Brown wants to stand and escape but Lima is having none of it.

Lima drops back looking for a leg! Brown is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brown manages to kick Lima off! Lima jumps back into Brown's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lima stands and throws Brown's legs to the side, diving into side control.
