Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dean Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson misses with a body shot
and Dela Cruz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Anderson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Dela Cruz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Anderson.

Dela Cruz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dela Cruz is in Anderson's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Anderson is looking to reverse the position.
Dela Cruz cracks Anderson with a big right hand but Anderson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Dela Cruz tries to score with some ground and pound. Anderson controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Anderson wants to control but Dela Cruz postures up.

Dela Cruz is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Anderson looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dela Cruz gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Anderson is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dela Cruz lets go of the hold and Anderson can pop his arm back in it's socket.
