Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jay White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Iii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think White might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Bring Out Your Dead" by Strung Out. Iii has chosen IRON MAIDEN : Alexander the Great as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iii misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from White.
Iii scores with a jab to the jaw.
A clash of legs there as Iii blocks the low kick.
White throws a right hand that misses
and Iii counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A decent looking cross lands there for Iii.
White is looking to land body kicks.
The fighters circling - Iii throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A cross from White lands.
Iii keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
White connects with a good right hand that stumbles Iii. Iii circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Iii checks a low kick from White.
White throws a sloppy head kick and Iii moves out of range easily.
White takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
