Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pervo Jokkolainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jokkolainen comes to the cage accompanied by Smells Like Humppa. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Hector Mendoza has been cut.

Jokkolainen throws the kick towards the body but Mendoza avoids it.

Mendoza walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Jokkolainen sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Mendoza fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jokkolainen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Mendoza lands a big head kick that sends Jokkolainen tumbling to the mat! Mendoza takes a step backwards and waves Jokkolainen back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Pervo Jokkolainen's cut is getting worse.
Mendoza misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mendoza looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Mendoza backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Jokkolainen's temple! It sends Jokkolainen violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Mendoza celebrates and the doctors try to help Jokkolainen!
