Saracen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bon Jovi - Dead or Alive kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Saracen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jach sprawls well initially but Saracen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Jach wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Saracen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Jach tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Saracen wants to work for an arm triangle but Jach is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Jach is looking for a sweep. Saracen is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Well, if Saracen is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
