Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taai Taai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boogie Woogie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taai comes to the ring accompanied by Snoop. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woogie lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Taai Taai has been cut.

Woogie clinches.
Woogie gets through Taai's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Taai breaks from the clinch.

Taai fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Woogie, pushing him back against the ropes.
Woogie digs a right hand into Taai's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Taai's gas tank.
Woogie wants to break the clinch but can't.
Taai tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Woogie avoids it.

Taai lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Woogie blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Woogie throws a head punch that misses.
Woogie wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Taai has him pressed against the ropes.

Taai breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Woogie clinches up with Taai and pushes him back against the ropes.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Taai is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Taai has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
