Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Linx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Todd Haskins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Linx comes to the cage accompanied by Hellbillies - Ei Krasafaren Steinbu. Haskins has chosen Amazing as his entrance music. Todd Haskins is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Haskins.
Haskins shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Linx sprawls well. Linx wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Haskins gets slowly back to his feet.
Haskins tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Linx was well out of range. Poor timing from Haskins.

so Haskins counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Linx on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Linx tries to get out of the position.

Haskins is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Linx is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Linx has escaped and now he's on top!
Linx with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Linx wants to get up but he can't break Haskins's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Linx got a little sloppy there for a moment and Haskins has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Linx has managed to get both his arms back between Haskins's legs - danger averted.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Haskins is on top in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Haskins has gone for a leg lock! Linx slips out almost immediately though and dives into Haskins's guard.

Haskins is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Linx defends well.

Haskins wants to sweep here but Linx controlling him for the moment.
Linx wants to stand but Haskins has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Haskins is looking to sinch up a triangle. Linx throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Haskins's body to avoid the submission. Haskins has instead reached around Linx's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Haskins arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
