Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jim Armsworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tim Gray acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Armsworth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tim Gray!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray misses with a takedown attempt
and Armsworth counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Armsworth comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Gray throws a combination that misses
and Armsworth cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Armsworth scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
The fight stays on the outside here - Armsworth looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

so Armsworth counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gray wants to sweep but no luck.
Armsworth wants to pass the guard but Gray is keeping the position.

Tim Gray showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gray escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Armsworth counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Armsworth lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
