Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drew Pinksy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herbert Truck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Truck is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Indestructible. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Drew Pinksy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Herbert Truck!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Truck is predictable there
and Pinksy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Truck with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Pinksy misses with a series of wild punches.
Herbert Truck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pinksy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Truck shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pinksy sprawls well. Pinksy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Truck gets slowly back to his feet.
A low kick from Truck misses
and Pinksy counters with a nice uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Truck takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pinksy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Truck swings widly with a right hand
and Pinksy counters with a stiff right hand.
Pinksy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Pinksy finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

A head kick misses from Pinksy.
Truck fails with a takedown attempt.

and Pinksy counters with a crisp one two that drops Truck! Pinksy thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Truck to his feet! Truck is in big trouble!
Drew Pinksy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Herbert Truck.
Pinksy throws an ugly left hook that misses

so Truck counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Pinksy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Truck drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pinksy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Truck has Pinksy in his guard.

Pinksy trying to control the position from guard on top but Truck is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Truck can't keep his opponent in guard - Pinksy advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Pinksy is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Pinksy sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Truck defending well though.
Pinksy is keen to just control but Truck is a slippery customer.
Pinksy wants to get back to his feet.
Truck tries to get to full guard but Pinksy has control of the leg.
Pinksy seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Truck does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Truck wants to control but Pinksy is keeping busy.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Truck works his way to full guard. Good work.

Pinksy tries to stand but Truck is controlling from the bottom.

Truck is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pinksy is aware though and is defending well.
Pinksy wants to stand but Truck has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Truck is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Pinksy would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Truck is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pinksy defends well.

Truck had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pinksy defends it easily.
Pinksy is looking to stand up but Truck won't let him.

Truck is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Truck has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Pinksy should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Truck has tightened it up now! Pinksy should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
