The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots and misses

and bilgnatz counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Gracie!
Gracie is trying to escape the mount.
bilgnatz avoids the attempt from Gracie to control.
Gracie is wriggling around trying to escape.
Gracie bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Gracie has gone for a leg lock! bilgnatz slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.

Gracie wants to sweep here but bilgnatz controlling him for the moment.
bilgnatz wants to stand but Gracie is controlling his posture from full guard.
Gracie looking to hit a scissor sweep but bilgnatz is one step ahead there.
Gracie has a closed guard, preventing bilgnatz from standing up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but bilgnatz pushes his legs off easily.

Gracie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and bilgnatz defends well.

bilgnatz has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Gracie to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! bilgnatz is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Gracie pulls down on the head and he's put bilgnatz to sleep! This one is all over!
