Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton misses with a straight right.
Simpson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Burton counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Simpson leaves Burton with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Burton throws out a loose jab but Simpson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Burton bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Simpson misses with a takedown
and Burton counters with a stiff right hand.
Simpson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Burton counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Homer Simpson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Simpson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Burton pulls his head out easily.

Simpson has one foot on Burton's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Simpson misses with a takedown attempt
and Burton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Burton throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Simpson is rocked!
Burton is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Simpson is in big trouble! Burton is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Simpson. Poor guy.
