Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Hitman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen Rancore - Álamo as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hitman tries to clinch but Gracie is having none of it.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Gracie fails with the takedown
and Hitman counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gracie's guard now.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hitman throws and elbow that misses. Gracie uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hitman's guard. Nice move by Gracie!
Hitman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gracie defends well.

Hitman thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Gracie throws a big right hand that misses.
Hitman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gracie doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gracie manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Hitman isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Gracie stacks Hitman on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Gracie!

Hitman remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Gracie throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.

BOOM! Hitman connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Gracie manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Hitman drops an elbow to the side of Gracie's head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Hitman lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Well Hitman has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
