The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortizzz shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ortizzz was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Ortizzz avoids the attempt from Killsbrough to control.
Killsbrough holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ortizzz tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Killsbrough suckers Ortizzz into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Killsbrough is now in Ortizzz's guard!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ortizzz wants to improve his position but instead Killsbrough has moved into half guard.
Ortizzz tries to get to full guard but Killsbrough has control of the leg.

Ortizzz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Killsbrough here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Killsbrough throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ortizzz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ortizzz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Killsbrough paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Killsbrough, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
