The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McWrestle defending well as Nelson loads up on a big left hand.
McWrestle attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Nelson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Nelson's corner calls for a 1-2. Nelson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
McWrestle throws a low kick but it's checked well by Nelson.
McWrestle tried to score with a low kick but Nelson checks it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Nelson stuns McWrestle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Nelson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McWrestle has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
McWrestle misses with a body shot.
Ted Nelson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nelson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nelson scores with a leg kick.
Nelson lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
McWrestle looks gassed!
Nelson circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops McWrestle to the canvas! McWrestle doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Nelson keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
