Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trey Hultquist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Meatball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meatball comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spider ain't no sunshine kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Trey Hultquist could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Michael Meatball's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hultquist throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Meatball to counter with a crisp jab.
Hultquist fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Meatball.
Hultquist throws a head kick that misses
and Meatball counters with a nice uppercut.

Meatball forces Hultquist back against the cage and clinches.
Hultquist misses with a knee to the head.
Hultquist tries to break the clinch but Meatball is controlling the position.

Hultquist pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hultquist throws a poor cross that misses

and Meatball counters with a shoot takedown. Hultquist fights it but they end up in guard.

Meatball drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Meatball seems to have locked his on tight now - Hultquist screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Meatball, as he picks up the win!
