Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wanderlei Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wanderlei Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Black or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva which made him look bad.
A slapping body kick lands there for Silva.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Silva misses with a series of wild punches.

Black moves into the clinch.

Black's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Silva moves into the clinch.

Silva jumps into guard, dragging Black to the mat.
Silva pulls Black in to control the position.
Black working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Silva is on top in guard.

Black is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Black is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Silva connects with a couple of short punches.
Black looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Silva postures up.
Black lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Silva!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Silva is trying to stand up.
Black avoids the attempt from Silva to control.
Silva is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Black is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Silva sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Silva is looking for a sweep. Black is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Black looks gassed!

Silva is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Black's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Black's back!

Black trying to get back to his feet but Silva is in full control for now.
Silva connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Black to escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
Black is really stuck here.
Black really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
