The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

demon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gavrankapetanovic tries to avoid it but demon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gavrankapetanovic to the ground. Gavrankapetanovic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

demon has Gavrankapetanovic pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gavrankapetanovic manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Gavrankapetanovic's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

demon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gavrankapetanovic manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

demon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gavrankapetanovic quickly recovers to half guard.

demon is keen to just control but Gavrankapetanovic is a slippery customer.
demon is nestled in close to Gavrankapetanovic, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
