Akari shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ripley as he jumps to the side.

and Akari counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Akari is working for a kimura but Ripley is defending it quite comfortably.

Akari has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ripley defend it? Akari steps over the head and cranks it - Ripley is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Akari!
