A fine choice. Spaticus is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Invaders Must Die. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spaticus misses with a body shot.
Bill Goldberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Goldberg darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Spaticus is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Spaticus is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Goldberg's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Goldberg's back!
Spaticus doesn't have the hooks in and Goldberg manages to turn into his guard.
Goldberg wants to get up but he can't break Spaticus's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Goldberg postures up and lands a big shot to Spaticus's brow.

Spaticus lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Goldberg!

Spaticus jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Goldberg is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Goldberg and Spaticus has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
