Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Like Whoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Cow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cow comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Samurai tune kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whoa takes a swing at Cow's ribcage but misses.
Whoa misses with a body shot
and Cow counters with a nice uppercut.
Whoa moves in looking to clinch but Cow pushes him off.
Like Whoa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Whoa takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Whoa throws a left and a right that both miss
and Cow cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Whoa closes the distance looking to clinch
and Cow counters with a nice low kick that buckles Whoa's knee momentarily.
Cow misses with a wild body shot.
Whoa on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Cow feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Whoa's calf.

Cow circles away from the clinch attempt
and Cow counters with a right hand to the body.
Cow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Whoa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Whoa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cow.
A clash of legs there as Whoa blocks the low kick.
Whoa tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cow swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Cow shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Like Whoa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Whoa tries to bum rush Cow with a series of wild strikes but Cow uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Whoa counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Cow misses with a hook
and Whoa makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cow has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cow there as he acknowledges the shot.

Some bone on bone action there as Whoa checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Whoa lands a nice hook to Cow's body. Cow takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Whoa looks to land a combination but Cow avoids it well.
Cow connects with a single shot there.
Whoa digs a good hook to Cow's body.
Cow throws a lazy right hand but Whoa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Cow changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Whoa looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Whoa tries to bench press Cow off him but Cow keeps the position.
Whoa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cow on the ground.
Cow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Whoa keeps working.

Whoa is looking for a sweep.
Cow is staying tight to Whoa's torso, preventing him from escaping.

and Cow counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and Cow counters with a nice double leg into side control. Whoa won't be happy with that.

Cow thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cow is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Whoa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Whoa on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Whoa tries to get out of the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Let's hope that Cow has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Cow is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Whoa looks calm but he's in trouble here. Cow gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Whoa is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Cow lets go of the hold and Whoa can pop his arm back in it's socket.
