The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatsuya is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Salace.

Salace thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tatsuya can do anything to dispel that myth.

Salace drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Salace jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Tatsuya can't keep his opponent in guard - Salace advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Salace is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Tatsuya sees it coming and defends easily.

Tatsuya really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Salace. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
