A jab from Kharitonov does it's job there.
Williams throws a right hand that misses
and Kharitonov counters with a head kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Williams.
Williams throws a chopping leg kick but Kharitonov manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Kharitonov checks the leg kick nicely there.
Kharitonov takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Williams lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kharitonov moves away.
Kharitonov tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Williams fakes the leg kick and cracks Kharitonov in the body.
Williams misses with a low kick.
Williams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kharitonov manages to avoid it.
Williams uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kharitonov.
Josh Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams scores with a kick to the midsection.
Kharitonov tries a head kick but it misses.
Kharitonov moves out of range as Williams throws a body kick.

Williams throws out a loose jab but Kharitonov uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kharitonov throws a jab but it's blocked by Williams.
Kharitonov misses with an attempted mid kick.
Williams throws a lazy right hand but Kharitonov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kharitonov slips under a jab from Williams.
Williams scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kharitonov in his tracks.
Kharitonov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

A combination from Williams does no damage.
Williams feints and then cracks Kharitonov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kharitonov down.

and Kharitonov counters with a head kick that drops Williams to the mat! Williams scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Williams is rocked!
Kharitonov looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Kharitonov backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Williams's temple! It sends Williams violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Kharitonov celebrates and the doctors try to help Williams!
