The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benoit keeps the fight on the outside.
Elwood Buckknuckle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Buckknuckle throws a body punch but Benoit moves out of range.

Nice takedown defense from Benoit. No joy for Buckknuckle on that attempt.

Benoit walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Buckknuckle drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Benoit swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Buckknuckle's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
