Mendes slips a jab from Urian.
Tom Urian seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Urian connects with a solid leg kick.
Mendes moves out of range as Urian throws a body kick.
Urian looks to land a right hand but Mendes moved out of range.

Mendes is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Urian is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Urian flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Mendes anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Urian and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Mendes slips an arm under Urian chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Mendes has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Mendes is squeezing on Urian like an anaconda would it's prey. Urian fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
