The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parka bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Dark misses with a hook.
Dark scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Parka doesn't seem bothered though.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Dark, right into the meat.
Dark fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Parka manages to avoid it.
Parka fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Parka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dark.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Parka shoots in looking for a takedown. Dark tries to sprawl out of it but Parka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dark manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Parka with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dark to score with a decent uppercut.

Parka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dark.

Dark feints a jab promting Parka to slip. Dark then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Parka slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Dark throws a lazy right hand but Parka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A punch lands to the side of Dark 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Dark throws a right hand that Parka ducks under and follows up with a left that Parka also avoids with ease.
Parka turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Parka is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dark throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Parka sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dark comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jebidiah Dark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
