Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Brandt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perko Late (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Late is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by No Easy Way Out . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Brandt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Perko Late!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Late fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brandt manages to avoid it.
Brandt scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Late throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A telegraphed right hand from Late misses the target.
Late misses with a two punch combination.
Late looks to score with a jab to the body but Brandt is just out of range.

Brandt gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Late wants to control from the top but Brandt keeps moving.
Brandt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Late on the ground.
Late's corner is telling him to maintain position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Late pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Brandt is keeping the position for now.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Brandt controls Late momentarily but Late frees himself.
Late wants to pass the guard but Brandt is keeping the position.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Perko Late wasn't active enough on the ground.
A slow jab from Brandt misses its intended target.
Late shoots in but no luck this time.

Late drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Late wants to control for a moment but Brandt uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

Late trying to control the action but Brandt is working from the bottom.
Late stalling.
Brandt blocking the ground and pound attempt from Late.

Late slows the pace down in half guard.
Brandt gets back to full guard.
Late stands and throws Brandt's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Late misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Late remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Brandt avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Late.
Late wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brandt keeps working.
Brandt on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brandt tries to get out of the position.

Late in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Brandt is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
