The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones wants to clinch but Inglewood slips to the side

and Inglewood counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Inglewood.
Inglewood will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Inglewood stands and steps away. Jones gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Mark Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Inglewood cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jones closes the distance but Inglewood moves to the side
and Inglewood counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jones throws a leg kick which misses Inglewood's front leg but catches the back leg as Inglewood tries to avoid it.
Inglewood misses with a double jab.
A jab lands there for Inglewood.
Inglewood really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Inglewood fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

and Inglewood counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Jones throws a head kick but Inglewood moves out of range.

Inglewood throws a series of strikes that have Jones backpedaling.

Jones is rocked!

It looks like Mark Jones has been cut.
Inglewood dips to his left and cracks Jones with an uppercut!
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Inglewood finish him?

Jones has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Inglewood.

Inglewood drops Jones with a beautiful combination! Jones stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Inglewood is looking for the KO!
Inglewood goes for a small jab and connects. Now Inglewood goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Jones stumbles back but Inglewood runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Jones to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Jones will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
