PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Billy Robbin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sherlok Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Holmes's choice of entrance music: Discombobulate. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Holmes feints and as Robbin raises his hands in defense, Holmes changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Robbin connects with a nice short shot to Holmes's temple.

Holmes doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Robbin counters with a takedown into side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
