Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Billy Hando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dem Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Billy Hando!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dem Bones!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hando shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bones but Bones pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bones tries to clinch but Hando is having none of it.
Bones fails with the takedown

so Hando counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Bones wants to get back to his feet but Hando is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hando keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bones's head.
Hando tries to stand but Bones is controlling from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hando accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Bones bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hando's guard.
Hando is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Hando knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bones on the ground.
Hando keeping moving, preventing Bones from controlling successfully.

Bones slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Hando wants to stand but Bones is controlling the position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hando is on top in guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bones is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

so Bones counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Hando doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Bones won't allow Hando to sweep him here.
Hando wants to stand up but Bones is controlling him.

Hando looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bones is one step ahead there.
Bones trying to control the position from guard on top but Hando is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bones drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Bones seems to have locked his on tight now - Hando screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Bones, as he picks up the win!
