PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Tylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahma MAkeev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ahma MAkeev told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tylor misses with a straight right.

It looks like Ahma MAkeev has been cut.

Tylor stands up and we're back to a striking position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tylor looks to land a right hand but MAkeev moved out of range.
MAkeev takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

MAkeev feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tylor's calf.
Tylor misses with a wild body shot.
MAkeev changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tylor tries to avoid it but MAkeev manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tylor to the ground. Tylor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
MAkeev looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tylor is fending him off so far but MAkeev persists. Nope, Tylor circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
