Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sparky Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Punish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes to the cage accompanied by I know you want me. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Punish really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jenkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jenkins drops back, looking for a kneebar! Punish looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Punish looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Punish!

Jenkins is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Punish to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Punish shrugs it off.

Punish misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Jenkins shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Punish's guard.

Punish tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jenkins cranks the arm and Punish screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Punish, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
