The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Booger shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brannigan napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Booger tries for a kimura but Brannigan is defending well.
Brannigan tries to escape but Booger is in control.

Booger thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Brannigan pushes Booger away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Booger gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Booger goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Brannigan rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Booger's guard! Nice work there by Brannigan!

Brannigan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Booger working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brannigan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Booger is tightening it up a little... Brannigan has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Brannigan reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Brannigan taps out! nice BJJ there by Booger!
