Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arnold Medorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haywood Jablome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Arnold Medorn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Haywood Jablome!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jablome shoots in for a takedown but Medorn shows good takedown defense.
Medorn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jablome looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Medorn working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Jablome is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Medorn trying to mount his opponent but Jablome defends it.
Medorn is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Jablome keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Medorn is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jablome doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Medorn.
Medorn tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jablome knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Medorn not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Jablome really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Medorn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Medorn is thwarting Jablome's attempts to control the position.
Medorn is trying to control the action in half guard but Jablome is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Jablome slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Medorn wants to pass the guard but Jablome is keeping the position.
Medorn drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jablome looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jablome looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jablome!
Jablome wants to lay and pray for a moment but Medorn keeps working.
Medorn tries to bench press Jablome off him but Jablome keeps the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Medorn is working hard here to advance position.
Jablome in side control lands a decent elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Jablome avoids the strikes from the bottom by Medorn.
Jablome creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Medorn sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Medorn is trying to get back to half guard.
Jablome is chipping away with strikes.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Jablome avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Medorn fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Medorn tries to clinch up.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Medorn.
Jablome tries to bench press Medorn off him but Medorn keeps the position.
Medorn working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
An elbow from Medorn crashes against the mat.
Medorn works to advance to full mount. Jablome defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Medorn raining down shots from the mount!
Jablome is in all sorts of trouble here.
Medorn lands a big shot there that rocks Jablome but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Medorn swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Jablome is now in Medorn's guard. A big mistake from Medorn there, giving up the dominant position!
Medorn is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jablome looking to pass the guard.
Jablome has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Medorn to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Jablome is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Medorn pulls down on the head and he's put Jablome to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Arnold Medorn!
