Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Taite Darby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charalabos Koukodimos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Darby comes to the cage accompanied by Party Up in Here. Koukodimos has chosen Astarte - Mutter Astarte as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Darby.
Darby bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Koukodimos's head.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Koukodimos.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Darby!
Koukodimos takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Koukodimos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Darby but Darby pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Darby lands a jab to Koukodimos's midsection.
Koukodimos fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Taite Darby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charalabos Koukodimos.
Darby lands with an overhand left.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Darby lands with a kick to the temple. Koukodimos shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Darby throws a right hand that Koukodimos ducks under and follows up with a left that Koukodimos also avoids with ease.

Koukodimos tries to clinch but Darby moves out of range.
Darby lands a right hook to the body.
Koukodimos looks gassed!
Darby scores with a head kick. Koukodimos tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Darby lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Koukodimos sprawling to the canvas. Darby follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Koukodimos hang on?
Koukodimos is rocked!
Koukodimos is trying to stand.
Koukodimos is still in real trouble! Can Darby finish him?
Darby wants to pass the guard but Koukodimos is defending well.
Koukodimos seems to have recovered his senses.
Darby sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Koukodimos defending well though.
Koukodimos is defending against the submission attempts here by Darby.
Darby wants to lay and pray for a moment but Koukodimos keeps working.

Darby trying to control from Koukodimos's half guard. Koukodimos has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Darby stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Darby throws a right and a left that Koukodimos avoids nicely.
Darby jabs Koukodimos to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Koukodimos dives in and grabs Darby's left leg, looking for a takedown. Darby pushes down on Koukodimos's head and hops out.
Darby throws out a powerful jab.
An inside leg kick lands from Darby.
Darby throws a leg kick which misses Koukodimos's front leg but catches the back leg as Koukodimos tries to avoid it.
Darby lands with a kick to the temple. Koukodimos shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Taite Darby is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Darby throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Darby throws a nice head kick!
Nice straight punches there by Darby. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Darby.
A cross from Darby lands.
A shot to the liver by Darby. Beautiful body shot.
Darby scores with a nice body kick.
Darby lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Koukodimos backs up against the cage.
Koukodimos doesn't manage to clinch there - Darby circles away.
Koukodimos is trying desperately to land a takedown but Darby is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Koukodimos.
Darby lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Darby.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Darby throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Koukodimos's head.
Koukodimos walks into a jab.
Darby circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Koukodimos drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Darby follows Koukodimos to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
